As you know, Heath works in Nebraska and is home every other weekend. The separation is so very hard, yet necessary at this time. We started remodeling our home a couple years ago. It has really been a project of passion. We have scraped and textured ceilings, tiled floors, wired in new lighting, removed what seems like miles of wallpaper, textured walls, new interior doors, baseboard and crown moldings throughout the house. Heath gutted the kitchen and hung new cabinets. He also built the counter top around the perimeter of the kitchen. I tiled the back splash and floor, sewed curtains, painted, etc. We have really enjoyed this project, but more than ever look forward to moving on in life to live under one roof again. We have been apart for one and a half years. We'll keep you posted on our future plans.

Wow! Your house looks great. I love the floor tile, the kitchen... it all represents a lot of work but looks like it was worth it. Would like seeing some before pictures. Hope you all are well and 2010 has you all living under one roof again!
